What are my shipping options?

If your destination country is the United States, you can choose between Standard or Express delivery.

Standard delivery: Estimated delivery time (8-12 days) (Free Shipping)

Express delivery: Estimated delivery time (6-9 days) [10 USD per item]

United States: We ship orders to all 50 states (and Washington, D.C.) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

During peak season and promotions, delivery may take a little longer.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Shipping confirmation emails may occasionally be sent without tracking numbers. If this is to occur, you will receive a second confirmation email when the warehouse has attached tracking to your order. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Q: Why do some orders take up to 15 days or longer to ship?

A: Due to the rampant credit card fraud, we check each order individually. We also submit each suspected fraudulent order to our credit card processor for verification. This process may take a long time, but we cannot afford to lose any fraudulent losses due to the low margins on our products. Thank you for your patience and thank you for your business.

What does free shipping look like when I receive my order?

What does the delivery of priority paid shipping look like when I receive my order?
Paid priority delivery provides extra protection for your order and gives it priority, meaning you don't have to wait in line for other orders to be processed first (saving up to 3-5 days), thus avoiding the risk of out-of-stock items and ensuring that they reach you in the safest possible delivery method.

Out-of-stock orders
We cannot guarantee that all items are always available. If your item is out of stock and is not expected to arrive within 3 working days, we will contact you with details of the out-of-stock and possible alternatives (if available), or refund you in full.
